We were given an 8 year old male beardie that the parents of a college student were tired of taking care of. He is in a 20 gal and apparently has been there all his life. He has an underbite as well as what looks like growths on both sides of his mouth. His legs and feet look weak, not like our two yearling Beardie's feet. Could this be from lack of exercise in a too small tank, or a calcium or vitamin deficiency? Sounds like he's only been fed crickets. Poor guy! They thought he was a female and have been calling him Penelope! Sorry I don't have a camera that takes pics indoors. Maybe I can get pics of his mouth outside one day soon. Thanks for any input.
