There are a variety of feeding methods that seem to work for the crested.
1. Crickets 2-3 times a week dusted with calcium and Crested gecko diet (plain or mixed with fruit baby food )3 times a week. Diets that include crickets Cresteds tend to grow quicker.
2. Crested Gecko diet exclusively ..Geckos don’t like the taste but do get used to it . Entire generations have been raised on crested gecko diet alone.
3.Crested gecko diet mixed with fruit babyfood and supplemented with additional calcium and vitamins .Cresteds seem to enjoy this a great deal more than straight crested gecko diet. The downside is there is a lot of sugar in babyfood .

as a side note one of the most enjoyable aspects of crested geckos is watching them chase crickets .Even if yould prefer to not mess with crickets you should pick them up as a treat once in awhile for your own sake.
