Acanthurus questions

chrisse Sep 22, 2004 03:17 PM

Hello guys!

How long after a successful copulation do the female have the eggs inside her before egglaying? weeks? months?

Is 4 years old Acanthurus to old for breeding?

Please help me, because im new at this.

Hy Chrisse,

she should start laying eggs 30 days after the last copulation.
But why should a 4 year old female be too old to reproduce? You won't find any arguments for that!

Best regards,

Timo

Hey I was checking out your website and I really liked what you did in the terrariums....What did you use on the back glass to make those rock formations....that isn't that spray on foam that hardens like rock is it.....

let me know.
