Doesn't look like a cobra to me - more likely to be a chequered keelback (Xenochrophis piscator), these quite often turn up with the neck flattened in these bottles - the cobras have all been eaten in much of China and SE Asia.

Almost looks like a Rinkhals cobra.

It just looks dead to me...Alcohol fades the colors, so without a clear head shot it could be one of several snakes species besides cobras.

Typically, as stated before, it's a colubrid in these jars, a ratsnake of some sort that's had it's neck flaired out to look like a cobra.
