In order to ID that snake, we will need a bigger picture showing more detail and locality.

They called it a "silver kingsnake" at the pet store I bought it from, but I havn't been able to find out if there is even a real name. I will be able to get a better pic soon.

Yeah pet stores are notorious for just giving snakes a "cool" name to sell it quick or even just outright mislabeling it on purpose!!
Anyway, get a good pic of it, showing its color and pattern detail, and it can be ID'd.
