I've never seen a bearded dragon with blue lips. To tell you the truth I don't really know what would cause it, except for the obvious ... eating blueberries or going into shed. If you've ruled out those two ideas then I don't know what to say. Hopefully someone else here will have more info than I can provide. Good luck.
