Just the way he's hanging there... I suspect photoshop. Brooks

Ditto, the shading.. the light angle, making that look real was quite a feat.. I'd know, but if he found a pic that already had that.. then well.. easy.

But you can see the the nile is a higher res than the rest of the pic.. there's no cord keeping it up.. proportion is somewhat wrong
It just looks wrong.. really wrong, I'm only an amateur Photoshop artist.. but even to me.. it doesn't look right

Everything that I've read, including the Capstick's books that involve hunting crocs, makes them out to be much heavier bodied when they're really large. Also the tree doesn't really look thick enough to support more than one ton of croc.

In the infamous web pic of the pieces of the guy being removed from the saltie's stomach, the croc looks much heavier and it's only supposed to be 16' or so. Okay, so it's a different species, but most are very wide when they get longer.

Actually,

I think I would agree here, not just on hunch. That reptile would way over a ton if I'm not mistaken. I'm not sure a tree that size could hold that beast on a trunk that size on that angle.

Wouldn't it have to wrap around some other branch off the main trunk? That would make it even less likely.
