substrate issues...with pics

Once again, the issue with substrate has been posted on this forum...there is always a debate over this. I have had leos for about 10 years now and have never had an issue with impaction. I keep babies and young juvies on paper towel and move them to sand (and now sand/tile) when they are about 6-8 months old. Notice in the pictures that I keep a calcium dish in the cage, that is one of the major keys to eliminating the possibility of an impaction problem. I also don't pile up the sand. Sand can be a great (and easy) substrate to use if you are vigilant and use it properly.

That is absolutly phenomenal, I want one. Could you tell me how the lighting/heat is wired in or even post a pic that shows how the light is mounted? I may just have the next task for dear hubby's to do list.
