is this normal??

is it normal for a gecko to sleeps on its back cause i saw his leg sticking out of his coconut shell so i knocked on the glass to see if it was dead.its wasnt moving at all so i lift the shell out and i saw him on his back and he rolled back up.he seems fine.what do you people think?

WOW!! That is weird! Maybe he thinks he's a dog..lol. As long as he got back up and seems fine I don't think you should worry. None of my geckos have ever done that but hey maybe his back itched.
