What do you mean by "partial regurg"? It's not like they chew their food up and can regurgitate only part of it. If it's really a regurgitation, it will occur within the first 24 hours after eating. If it's heavily digested (and smelly) and occurs a couple of days after the snake has eaten, then it's vomiting...not regurgitating. That would make it appear that it is only regurgitating part of the food. It's important to make that distinction when you are trying to diagnose the problem.
If the snake is actually regurgitating, there are several possibilities. The main ones are:
1. Temperature too high.
2. Stress. Handling the snake within 24 hours of feeding can cause this.
3. Parasitic infection
4. Too large a food item or too many food items (overfeeding).
If the snake is vomiting, this is almost always a parasitic infection of some sort, but I have seen this occur a time or two when the temps were kept way too low. If the temps are too low the snake cannot properly digest the food and it can actually start to rot in the snake's gut causing it to vomit.
