My sister is trying to get rid of her green iguana. It is about the same length of the dragon but half its size. It would be ugly if they it didn't work out.

thanks...i was pretty close to doing it until my roomate told me to check out this website. Be happy that u saved a lizard's life.
even if they didn't kill eacho ther (which they probably would) their climates are completely different. Beardies need to be kept dry and can suffer in high humity cages and the reverse for iggys. Plus, beardies need to get crickets and other bugs as part of their diet and iggys definately shouldn't.
if thats a standard iggy then it's a baby and needs a good home.
hope you can help find it one.
BTW: and adult iggy will be about 4-6 feet long and should have a large room with space to climb up into shelves and or branches.
a BD and an IGGY are very different.... and a grown IGGY could thrash a BD with it's tail very quicky if it felt the bd was competing for food or space.
