Hi Everyone,

Here is a Weird n Wild Creatures card my boy's got in the mail today.
This one is about the King Cobra, do you see anything wrong with this card?

Well I do. I do know they eat other snakes but I never knew "Boa Constrictors" lived in Asia.
As you can see in the middle picture the Cobra is eating a boa. I know boas don't live in Asia so this means someone is feeding boas to a captive Cobra. I am not very happy about this.

I was going to say the 7ft tall cobra standing over the guy.That was a little far fetched, I've seen 8-9 ft cobras before but they don't rise more than 3 feet.

Cool card though, If only we could make a more possitive card that shows the beauty of snakes and their less than wild temperment and dispossition, we could mail them to everyone.

i believe they had a king cobra that was either 16 to 18 feet long !! i was a young kid (about 12 years old) at the time and i must say that the sight of that animal was reaaaaaally impressive !! i dunno how high it would stand tho .. but im sure it would be more than 3 feet .

to the Serpentarium. I have the exact same recollection of the
King Cobra. I could swear it came up to almost eye level with Mr Haast. It was huge and verrry impressive. It seemed belligerent
and mindfull, it would come after him rather than try and
escape.

The Burmese pythons that get caught in the everglades are sent
to a place somewhere in Southern FLA where they get fed to King Cobras now...

that king cobra almost being eye level with haast (and hes not a short guy) But didnt want people to think i was some kind of looney or think i was exagerrating .. lol .. but yes that snake was "AMAZING" !! Ive seen big king cobras since but never like that one !! .. and i dont bother tellin alot of people about that animal since most wont even believe me anyways.. lol

this is that guy from animal planet .. sometimes i think this guy is a dork and exagerates a bit much but him holding this animal makes up for it a bit .lol
