Prey size?

can anyone tell me the appropriate size of prey to give to a 2 month old Panther cham?

they say, noting bogger than the width of his/her mouth. A 2 month old, should be eating 1/4 crickets, mealworms, small silkworms and/or pretty much any thing you can find small enough.
