The classroom snake is back in its home...

Obediah2 Sep 25, 2004 12:05 AM

The snake has been staying in a biology classroom for the past week where it ate three pinkie mice. Today was its last day at the school, so it came to my room. Almost every kid held it and it was a pretty big deal for some of them. They all commented on how soft it was and how "it didn't seem mean at all." It was a great last day.

My buddy and I went to return it and found the same spot where we caught it. Hopefully with its belly full of food it will survive! We tried to find a king snake to take its place, but we only found Southern Pacific Rattlers - I didn't bring any back to the classroom!
