Today I read an interesting editorial in our local newspaper.
It is obvious that the enemies of the U.S. (and other western countries) learned one lesson:
If you want to be left alone, get a nuke.
This was already stated in this forum in a recent thread.
North Korea is suspected to have nukes already with the help of Pakistan and Iran is on the best way to it (also with the help of Pakistan, according to the editorial).
How will the U.S. stop the guys in Iran? The U.S. army is on the brink of its limit yet. Another war would need a draft and would cause costs that are beyond the imaginable.
After WWII Winston Churchill stated: "We have slaughtered the wrong pig" (by looking at the USSR).
It seems to me that this statement would also fit in good with George Dabbljuhh.
