Some people's schedules vary. I like to do mine on a weekly basis (rather than every ten days, etc) because I'm very busy and that way I know if it has been done or not.
Babies: first week: calcium 4 days, vit 2 days, min 1 day,
second week, calcium 4 days, vit 1 day, min 2 days
juvies: calcium 3 days, vit and min each one day
adults: calcium 2 days, vit and min each one day
some people like to do it on a ten or 11 day cycle
babies: 1 - c, 2 - c, 3 - c, 4 - v, 5 - c, 6 - c, 7 - c, 8 - m, 9 - c, 10 - c, 11 - c etc.
juvies, 1 - c, 2 - nothing, 3 - c, 4 - v, 5 - nothing, 6 - c, 7 - nothing, 8 - vit, 9 - nothing, 10 - c, 11 - nothing, etc
adults, 1 - c, 2&3 - nothing, 4 - v, 5&6 - nothing, 7 - c, 8&9 - nothing, 10 - c, 11 nothing, etc
so that you have a one day on, two days off, one day on, rotating calcium and vit and minerals so that you have more calcium than minerals and vit... is this making sense?
a lot of it also depends on how well your crix are gutloaded. if you are making the gutload yourself from a good recipe (adcham, etc) and using veggies also, then you can use the min and vit and calc less often.
if you want me to elaborate more let me know.. .lol
