Crested Temps

WiG Sep 25, 2004 04:31 PM

Hi
My average temps only get around mid sixtys to early seventys. Is this detrimental to their health or just a little annoying for them. they are about 4-5 months old and are pretty active by night. should i get a heat lamp for them by day or will they do alright without?

cooler temperatures actually suit most crested geckos. to my knowledge, the ideal temperatures range is in the low 70's, so room temperature is usually suitable for them. just remember to give them plenty of humidity, i.e. spray them a couple times a day.
