Today I was at the Arizona Reptile and Exotics Expo in Phoenix, and was shocked when I saw a beautiful Eastern Indigo on display. Unfortunately this beautiful guy was not for sale, but was one of four owned by Chris the lady working the booth who did have some Yellow Tail Cribos for sale. She had one of her males on display to let people see him and let people know that she will hopefully be breeding them in the next year or two. Hopefully she will be successful and we will finally have a breeding resource here in Arizona.
I figure she will hopefully be producing new Eastern Indigos about the time I admit to myself that I will have to have a second one. I'm hoping to get my first this Spring/Summer breeding season, but from the sounds of what I hear here, like Lays potato chips, I won't be able to stop with one.
It was great meeting you today, Chris. My son and I were quite impressed with 'Cadillac'. It was my first time seeing one in person and up close, so now I want one even more. Good luck with the youngins to come.
