Find the wild juvenile Soare?

Cable_Hogue Sep 26, 2004 02:02 PM

It isn't hard to understand why these are seldom seen in the wild. Unless they move it is almost impossible to see them.
If you can't locate him, follow the LINK to my photo page to see the up close photo. (at bottom of photo gallery).

This little guy was found this morning while out collecting ants.
Hope this isn't too much of a challenge for you HL enthusiasts!
Cheers!

you little devil Cable. I seriously doubt anyone could've spotted that little guy from that pic. Thanks to our big goofy looking bodies, 9 out of 10 times, they will run away from us and give their position!
Nice post!

Hey Cable,

awesome post, man. Of course, I knew from the beginning where he was. heh. i'm just kidding. I couldn't see him for my life.
I thought the rock a bit further down and to the right was him.
Oh well. I was thoroughly stumped. =) Now friends, Cable has stumbled onto a possible forum goldmine. Wouldn't it be awesome to take pics like that, and see if even the most trained of HL seekers can find the lizards in question? I think it would be. I'm gonna try it. Oh well, I guess I'll talk to you all soon. heh.
