Jordon still hasnt eaten nor opened his eyes much. He baths in the light regularly and shows his normal coloration. I have yet to find a vet that is experianced enough, even though I thought I had one about 15 minutes away, (they moved to a new location, but specialized in reptiles and exotics).

I get "Well we can give him a check-up, but we dont know how long Doctor, _____ has delt with reptiles like the animal you are talking about". < most of the vets here I guess specialize in cats and dogs.

I have been showering Jordon everyday for as long as he seems to like it. I watch the entire time, and today had to take a book out to read because he enjoyed it for so long. He is getting well hydrated but wont open his eyes yet. He hasnt eaten in a few days now.

I just dont know what to do right now. I'm really worried.

He looks hydrated and seems to have good body condition, so not eating isn't a crisis at the moment. Can't say about keeping eyes shut. That is not normal if everything else is OK. I'd have the vet check his eyes with a scope to look for problems. At least you could rule this out by doing it. Sorry, I don't have other ideas and can't see him in person.

I read somewhere that someone had a chameleon that kept its eyes closed, they could not figure out why, it was vet checked, then one day they found a cyst in its mouth....once that was taken care of the chameleon went back to normal with eyes open and all...

I cant remember for the life of me where I read that though.
