But I would have to agree that it is a Mexican Milksnake. It could be a big bend (N.M.) milksnake, but it is a little more annulata looking.

It's definately some sort of milksnake or tricolored king snake. Judging by the way those black rings look a bit like a circle dorsally, I'd say that's a pueblan milk snake. That's just a little thing I've noticed most pueblan milk snakes have.
Looks like annulata to me.
I've never seen a "normal" pueblan with anything but perfectly concentric bands...
