I have never heard of it, have a scientific name?

You are not talking about Mali Uromastyx are you?

If so they are veggie eaters for the most part.

Check the name and spelling again and let us know okay?

I'm pretty certain you are talking about Mali Uromastyx lizards. Go to the Uromastyx forum for lots of good information. Also google uromastyx -- there are lots of websites out there.

Some brief info: semi-arid - desert dwellers requiring high heat. Diurnal, herbivores -- medium to large.
