Silkworms for baby beardies

are the small (1/4" silkworms good to feed babys? im thinking of geeting them for a variety of reasons (no noise.smell, mor nutritious,esier to raise,etc) and I want to know if they are good for babys, like they wont cause problems?

Silkworms are great for all beardies...but dont use tham as a staple food source...silk worms are more of a 2 silkies to 4 crickets kinda thing...if u use tham as a staple food source...ur beardie will get fat =)

yeah, they are a good supplemental food, but can cause fatty deposits if used as a staple. and we all know how easy it is for beardies to get fat anyways!

thanx, i decided on a 1 day crickets, 1 day 2 silkys and enouhg crix he can get

now i just need to find a sight that ships these things to ontario...
