As I opened the reptile room door I saw a Beautiful

Big KONG, standing on a rock looking towards me.

And as I grabbed my camera, thought what a beautiful site to see this colorful, magnificent, creature sitting in my house.

Eve, do you have a room that your lizards rome free in or are they in cages? Nice photo

It has all the tanks around the edges of walls. the rest of area of room and middle area is rocks and plants.

Some of the tanks sit on cinder blocks, so that the whole area under the tanks can also be used by the lizards when out.
They can run through the cinder blocks, whatever, and have use of that space. Everything is open , no furniture, closet door has been duck taped shut.

Kong and a female collared, Kachina, free roam (all the time) have set up a basking area on the floor for them. They have large rocks they sleep under. I have a desert igauna who is also getting spoiled and does not want to be in his tank as much, so he sleeps with them at times under their rock.

Every body else does get out for a run, but I pick them up after a short time and put THEM back in their tanks. They are all tame, so that part is easy. They all love to run, I let about 4 out at a time.

But the big guy Kong and his girl are always roaming free.

when the lizards have free roam of the room, do the boys have problems with each other or do you only put one male out at a time and put kong somewhere else? also do males of different species have problems with each other? one day when i move back east where the rent is cheaper i am hoping to live in an apartment with two bedrooms so my babies could run around more often
