i rescued a western hog male 4 1/2 years ago and not to long after that got a female to try to breed him with. well i cant get her to eat anything with hair so she eats 2-3 pinkies a week and will not grow, she is maybe 8 inches now and as big around as a sharpie, the male is fine, they shed on regualr basis, and are otherwise healthy. are there "pigmy" western hogs? id love to breed her and have had boas breed at 4 but with her size i really dont want to, any ideas on how to get her bigger?

Are you sure it's a girl. That sure sounds like a boy, just based on its feeding behaviour and size.
