frilled at good size

My frilled is just under eight months now, it is at 21 inches. Just wanted to know if that is a healthy size, or to small. by the way he is a ng frilled

I am no expert like some others here, but mine is a few years old and is 26 inches. That is a pretty good size for a NG. Yours sounds ok to me.

Like I said, I am no expert with frilleds.
