Heres the 1months enclosure. Which side of the tank would be best for the heat pad?

Is that moisture on the side of the tank? If it's always there it shouldn't be. You want to have your humid hide and another hide on the warm side of the tank, your water dish and another hide on the cool side of the tank. Your humid hide should be like a mini sauna (not as hot, about 85-95 degrees), although your whole tank looks a bit like a sauna right now. It does look very nice, I really like the look of tile.

That moisture on the side is from a heating pad i was using on myself before i took the picture. Sore neck from work. Its not there normally

Just from the pic it looks like there is alot of humidity in the cage. I would get the plant out. Try getting another kinda cactis that has no spikes. The humidity needs to be like 0 to 10 percent at the most. Put the UTH on the side with the humid hide.
