Most people will not recognize what you are talking about with a "cawley dragon" This is a name the breeder added to the dragon, not a actual type of dragon. I do not know if it is the breeders name or related to an author who wrote about dragons
The only reason I recognize it is that I have seen a ad by someone in Michigan who broker/resells dragons and he used this term. I wondered what the heck it was then.

Cawley is the last name of a breeder that produced some really super nice red dragons hence the name. His full name is Bob Cawley, the thing is that he no longer ownes any of those animals. He sold his collection to another breeder. Hope this helps.

If you do a search in the photo gallery for Bob Cawley you can see some of the stock he had. I know of a breeder that offers dragons from Bob Cawley's stock, he is Bobby from Bobby's Dragons. He had some listed in the classifides not to long ago. Really nice dragons!!
