Need Info On Humid Hides, Please...

jwr0201 Jun 27, 2003 07:25 AM

I have found that my leos spend almost all of their time in their humid hide. It is split over the warm & cool side 2/3 - 1/3. Warm end is at 90 & cool side is at 80. Is this normal behavior? Thx - RR

It's normal. Some will spend alot of time in their humid hides and some will roam more. Mine spend alot of time in theirs, they come out and roam, eat and then go back in. A couple like to be out more and hide on the cool end.

Both of my Leo's spend all day in their humid hides they seem to really like it. They are very healthy and happy so I would guess it is normal for them to spend a lot of time in there.

My little girl likes to be in hers all day long, she has 2 other hides but I hardly ever see her in them .
