baby greyband respritory problem??? HELP!

gbkulture86 Sep 28, 2004 06:40 AM

Hi, I just got another baby greyband in the mail yesterday and it had been lost in the mail for 5 days. It arrived OK, but it keeps filling its throat with air or something and when I touch his throat, the air "pop's" and escapes through his mouth. Is this a sign that he is dehydrated? Does it mean anything? He has plenty of water in his cage... Anything will be appreciated.

Your snake has a repiratory infection. Get it looked at immediately. This is NOT good.

Sorry, that will be a respiratory infection.

What can I do to help him until I get the appointment? By the way, an appointment around here costs more than he is worth, but I care about him so I am gonna do this. Does anyone know of any "home treatments" or something I can do to help him out? Thanks a lot! -Will
