What do you do if you are sent a sick dragon that you payed $350 for which you immediately shipped back. Were promised afull refund prior to the dragon being shipped. I paypaled the $350 to the seller sept.14, my birthday. I was contacted by the seller when he recieved his dragon back. Now I have not heard from him for over two weeks and am out $350 and the dragon. I contacted paypal and they said that there is nothing they could do because I signed for the reptile. What can I do? Am I out the $350? Can anyone help me???

If you used your credit card, call your credit card company and reverse the charges. Have you contacted the seller? Give the seller a deadline to return your funds & stick to it. Paypal should refund your money if you are able to prove that the animal was returned. If you used a bank account to send funds, contact your bank.
