when you search, also try Giant Madagascar chameleon. I dont know much about them except for they are the longest chameleon out there, are they seem to be violent. Kammerflage has some for sale right now, and I think there was one on the clasified board.

There should be a species profile on http://www.adcham.com that can give some general info. They will need very LARGE caging and maybe free ranging them will be better. I've heard they are a bit shy and stressy as compared to their close relatives panthers and verrucosus, but those things can be so individual. They will eat a lot of larger prey such as roaches, mantids, hornworms, silkworms, the largest crix, and Zoophobas. They are not as tolerant of dryer conditions as veileds or verrucosus so plan ways to humidify such a large enclosure. Almost all for sale will be wc, so if you buy an adult be ready for repeated treatment for parasites. The only two I've seen in person recently had subcutaneous nematodes which usually have to be surgically removed.
