Baby burms and baby rats??? need help please....

I have a rat colony started lkast night with 2 females and a male...i Just want litter each...jow ling be4 i get babies??? my burm is 30" long and i hope that ye 3' i will have about 16 week old rats which he can eat 1 a week because they are about equal o 2 mice? Also at 42" i switch to small rats which are equal to 3.5 mice? how old are rats when they reach this size?
Sorry if this is a bit confusing my computer keeps freezing so i am rushing,

Well as far as the rat breeding goes, i believe once they are pregnant it takes about 3 weeks for them to actually have the babies, and usually at about 3-4 weeks they are the size of mice, or just a little bigger, sometimes they grow faster and sometimes they dont, its ususally depends with me on how many the mothers have in a litter, if they have more they have more babies to feed, so they may take longer to get up to size, and with smaller litters they seem to be born larger, and get larger faster without having so much competition for food from siblings. Of course if you only go through one a week you will have babies from the litters continue to grow, and before you know it they are too big to feed to him..so thats always another thing to consider.
