calcium

should i use calcium that contains vit D3 or no? whats the difference?

It's important that you use both kinds of calcium. The calcium that has d3 should be used for dusting the mealworms crickets etc with. The d3 helps leos absorb the calcium. Then use the calcium without d3 in the calcium dish in you cage. Hope this helps! Feel free to ask any more questions.
