Grey Band Poor Muscle Tone?

DRS2003 Jun 27, 2003 09:11 AM

I have a male grey band who was CB here in the UK and have been keeping him for 4 years now. During his lifetime he has embarked on a number of lengthy fasts which have lasted in excess of 6 months at a time. He is only 2 feet long and seems to be quite weak when I pick him up, what I mean is he doesn't coil and grip on to me in the way that my corn snakes (for example) do. His muscle tone seems more akin to a Ribbon Snake where they are more "whippy" and floppy than muscular. Have his fasts caused him to be deficient in some way? If so, what can I do to remedy this?

Many Thanks In Advance

D

Have him join a health club.
