Yesterday I was watching the AnimalPlanet show, Emergency Vets. Someone had brought in two White's treefrogs, and it was stated that one of them had previously had a cancerous lump in its throat. They said that it had received doses of radiation therapy, which had made the growth vanish.
I just thought it was fascinating that radiation therapy could be used on a frog, and not kill it, since amphibians are so fragile. Fascinating.
