First uploaded pics from your pc onto the internet somewhere - you can use the Kingsnake Photo gallery or another pic hosting site like photobucket.com
Then in the body of your message you insert the pic (click on the Tools and Tips link at the bottom of the message box for the proper syntax to use, and replace the sample wording with your photo link) or if you upload pics onto Kingsnake then you can just select your pic name from the drop down box above the Post Message button called "Select Image from Photo Gallery".
