skin over eye

the skin around my chameleons eye has shed and now it is over his right eye and open it, what should i do?

I don't quite understand. Do you mean that the old loose shed skin is over the eye? If so, the cham will either rub it off on a branch, or if he doesn't you could GENTLY rub it with a Q-tip swab to loosen it more. Spraying with hot water will help soften it and help the cham remove it by himself.

ok i rubbed it with a q-tip just so he could see i didn't remove it and about 2 hours later i come back to his cage and its off. thanks for the help.
