Feeding question

I have 2 false map turtles. The shell is a little bigger than a 1/2 dollar peice. I did lots of research before I got them. But I'm confused as to how often to feed them.
Some sites said once a day, some said twice a day then some others said every other day.
How often does everyone else feed? I've been feeding them once a day and they gobble it down.

they need fed 1-2 a day for the first year and every other day after
