Viv suggestions

rodzuf Sep 30, 2004 02:43 PM

Hi I am building a free standing Vivarium very similar to the one show on http://www.poison-frogs.com. The measurments of my viv are 4ft hight 2.5ft wide and 2ft deep. I am modeling almost every aspect of his tank to create mine. I was wondering if you look how the bottom of his tank is setup you will notice it is very wet. Any suggestions as to what kind of soil- or maybe a diffent solution to this setup for the bottom.

Thanks in advance for all the help

Rodney

If it's going to be permanantly wet, don't use soil, use LECA (Google it). Examples of how this looks on my website.
