Again in the last week, the MS's and the librarian, clearly showed that I have no understanding of monitors, biology, conservation and of course, captive husbandry.
They also, clearly showed, they both clearly have a superior understanding of all of the above and are never wrong.
So, as I hang my head in shame and stupidity. I happened to notice that my old argus/sand cross, laid her 51st clutch this week.

Then I looked at this little argus female thats about to lay her first clutch, I do worry because she is so small.

Then I went into the incubator room and saw this today

Their brother/sisters from the first clutch are waiting for them in the raiseup rack. They are in with baby caudos now.
Oh well, I guess its hard to explain luck, But really, 51 clutches from one female. Is that really luck. Its probably best I do not understand husbandry/biology or I would have killed her long ago. I guess I could have told her to stop, oh well. I hope I am lucky tomorrow. It does make me sad, someday she will fail and that surely will be a sad day.
Again, in my stupidity, I wonder, who is wrong and who is right, considering the smart ones(mentioned above) have not shown the ability to have this much happen, in their collective careers. Well, as long as stupidity works, I will cling to it with both hands. Thanks and I apologise for not knowing anything. sadly FR
