Seriously, I couldn't get the picture to load; hopefully someone will have better luck than I did.

I dont know why you got the X I can see it just fine. But I made the pic a bit smaller so maybe it will work now.

Picture will not come up. If you really don't know what the animal is, e-mail me the pic & I'll key it out for you. If this is a guessing game, don't bother.

The problem appears to be the URL you are trying to post. The reason you can see it is that the pic is in your browser cache and it isn't necessarily being pulled down from the web each time. Try looking from another computer.

Generally this is due to one of two problems...

1. The host site (Yahoo in this case) doesn't allow pics to be posted on different sites. However, when this happens, we can usually cut and past the URL into the address bar and see the image. I can't do that here, so I suspect the problem is the next one.

2. The URL you are posting is the private URL of that picture that you see when you are logged into your galleries. That isn't necessarily the same as the public URL for the same picture, therefore the public isn't allowed to see it. You have to post the public URL.

The easy solution to this problem is to put the picture on the kingsnake.com galleries and include it in you post using the pulldown menu. Then it will be easy for us to see.

Just for reference, here is the URL it is trying to show -http://us.f1.yahoofs.com/users/fef8b0cb/d0e5/__sr_/3d31.jpg?phYmPXBBPAGhSbSf
