size question?

How big will a diamond python get? And how big will a diamond jungle cross get ? And a coastal get? thanks

These are averages. There are documented snakes that are larger and smaller.

Diamonds: 5-7ft
Jungles: 6-7ft
Iran Jayas: 4-5ft
Coastals: 7-8ft

Crosses usually average between to two subspecies used. EX: DxJCP would be around 6ft .

If you get a coastal carpet python and don't want it to grow beyond the 6-8ft range, ask about the sizes of the parents. I have seen individuals 10 feet long and heard of them up to 14ft. I have 1.1 coastal, 0.2 irian jaya, and 0.1.1 jungle carpet pythons. In my opinion, they are the best boid for a beginner and great snakes for anyone. They are rarely picky feeders and calm down quickly with handling.

I have a IJ thats just under six foot and a friend has a diamondxcoastal thats about 9....its huge..
