Update and some Questions!

Well, Morpheus is doing pretty well. Hes just over 18 inches now and has just shed for the third time since a got him (3 weeks ago!!!). He burys in the substrate a LOT, but i stir him up out of it when its feeding time. He doesnt like it too much, and he whips and breathes heavy. He is basking a lot, and hes eating crickets everyday. He does eat the occasional grape, and i also feed him supers. I have given him a pinky mouse before, and i probably will start giving him mice soon once he gets big enough for one with fur (so it has the calcium etc.) Hes in the 20 gal. right now with high basking temp and a cave and water bowl. Hates being in the water but loves being sprayed. Im building him an 8 ft enclosure right now. At what age should i put him in there? Im afraid if i put him in there now he would get LOST in the 1 1/2 ft deep substrate, and it would be impossible for me to find him in there!
Also, i usually put a pen in the cage and touch his side, and if he whips i keep it there until he stops whipping, then pick him up. Working well, getting tamer!

Just tell me what you all tihnk!

Cute! Is that a recent pic? I got my Argentine 3 weeks ago too and she's been growing fast. Her personality got a lot better and now she'll close her eyes and relax in my hands when I give her a head rub. She's a demon in her cage though. I bet you could feed Morpheus hoppers... Pixie is only 12 inches long and is eating two fuzzies in one sitting. She's also the opposite of Morpheus in that she doesn't mind soaks, but hates to be sprayed. She'll run around the cage and retreat into her hide. How are you building your cage out? I have to start building mine soon...
