my neighbor's red tail boa has given birth to 1 live and 2 still borns. its been a few hours and nothing else has happened. she still looks big. any idea on how long or anything?
any help would be appreciated, thank you.

She is probably hanging onto the babies because she is not feeling secure. turn out the lights and leave her alone overnight and check on her in the morning, if no progress then you might have to take her to the vet.
