albino black rat pattern

Does anyone have a pic of an adult albino black rat. Does the pattern fade as they get older, as in normal phase black rats?

Sorry, no pic, but my albino black rat's pattern is fading posteriorly. She still has a pretty strong pattern about the head and neck. I have seen many pics of albino black rats with the same level of fading. I would assume that some fade more/less than others, as with normals. In response to your post on the general forum regarding temperment and albinos...all I can say is that mine is a sweetheart...I was just sitting out on the porch and handling her, and she is calm yet active. She's gettin' a pretty good grip, though. If yours is a little feisty yet, and I don't know if it is, it will probably calm down alot with gentle handling. Heck, even my yearling texas rat is calm and easy to handle now. Enjoy! Duffy

Cool... Misty has a strong pattern in front but it fades some towards the back. Hence the name Misty. She's about 8 months old and around 2' long. She's still a bit shy when I handle her but she calms down after a minute or two. She is always active and trying to look for a place to go. She doesn't sit still when I hold her.

Tommorow when I hold her I'm going to try and get some really close up photos of her head and neck. I got some good ones of my bearded dragon which I'll upload later, and if she can sit still for 10 seconds I might come out with some really cool pictures.
