I am sick of seeing people coming on forums and using capital letters and acting as though we are the only source of information. There are other posts that cover the topic they are looking for and the web is big enough and has the information they also need. So why do you come to the forums in a panick and say "NEWBIE HELP!!!!" and it ends up being how to house and breed rats, the cage size what to do when cleaning the tanks and all the basic stuff you can find on the net. Some ppl come on more than once pissed off that no one has responded and when i respond I get my head chewed off, just for telling them to look it up on the web, then ask us what works the best, just cause we tell you our methods doesn't mean it will work for you.I know i can't request common sense and ppl panick and we will probably see a post stating,"HELP IM ON FIRE WHAT DO I DO?" Come on ppl..... use the dammm brain.

I'll admit I don't know everything and rarely post on here anymore but I still read it all the time. It's annoying at times to read some of the posts (not all) where some of the most simple questions have been answered repeatadly both on the boards and on the internet time and time again.

"Google" people, it really is a good thing.

My personal peeve is seeing people who get animals (this is anywhere not just on here) that don't research how to take care of them and then panic when things go wrong or try to figure it out after the fact. Common sense isn't so common anymore. I'm sorry if this pisses anyone off, I'm venting on behalf of animals that deserve better care then they get and people that don't educate themselves until it's too late (and then rely on boards like Kingsnake to fix their problems).

When I post I try to ask questions or bring up topics that I don't see anywhere on the boards recently (within several months) and I feel will be educating and enlightening hopefully to not only me but others who read them. I want other herpers to share their knowledge with me and in turn pass what knowledge I learn on to others. That's how it's supposed to be, BUT they are not here to be mine (or anyone else's) personal 24/7 herp tech support.
