First, we wanted to congratulate everyone on what has been the best boa breeding year yet! Thank you all for sharing your announcements and photos of some unbelievable litters!

We also thought we would backtrack a little bit, and share some pics of the 2004 season litters here at BoaMorph. Nothing spectacular, but very rewarding just the same. We find that even with a litter of plain old Colombians, we always want to keep ALL of them just to see how they turn out!

This first litter is as early 2004 as you can get - born on NEW YEARS DAY! Not a great litter for this girl - only 10 babies and 15 slugs (she had 31 babies last year), but it did include four male coral albinos, so we thank her very graciously! Both parents and this litter are 25% Suriname.

Mom & Litter - You do NOT want to stick your hand in there! You'll know how many teeth she has by the number of red dots on your forearm (...after you stop the bleeding.....)!

Thanks for looking,
