My slider laid a few eggs before and I think it could be her first batch. The eggs were in water, for a couple hours. Are they still any good. Is there a chance they are any good still and if so how do you tell that they are fertile. Thanks.

If they were laid in the water they are probably no good, she should have laid them in sand outside of the tank. In the water the eggs drown.
