Need Advice...

I have a roughly 10 year old leapord that has come down with a bit of a condition. Here are the symptoms. When breathing (only somtimes, doesnt seem constant) she seems to whistle or wheeze, sometimes louder than others. No runny nose whatsoever, very active, still eating like a horse. I took her to a very reputable reptile vet (who actually gave me the tortoise as a gift what I was 13 years old). He thinks that we should not start any antibiotic treatment yet because of the stress involved with the treatment and the runny nose is absent and the tort seems to be otherwise 100% healthy. Are there any conclusive tests that can be done to further narrow the problem. It may sound crazy but I am thinking maybe it could be allergies as she has recently been taken inside from outside. Vet reccomended to heep her warm (I have temp at roughly 85 ambient day, 95 basking day, and 88 basking night) and have plenty of water for ger to drink and see how the next 24 hours go. I took his advice but the condition has not lessened, but also has not gotten any worse, it has been about 36 hours. Please I need some expierenced advice....
-Thank you very much

Ask your vet if a nasal wash might help. There might be some grass or other foreign object in the nasal cavity.

Forgot to post before, I am using "baby" saliene drops in the nose a few timed a day to try and clear it out, but once again, doesn't seem to be getting any better or worse. Would your first instinct be a respretory infection or something else?
